Reading Performance at Backyard Biennial – Whitechapel x SLQS Gallery London

Hiền Hoàng introduced her research “How to Touch the Elephant” as a reading performance at the SLQS Gallery, London. The research focuses on attending to the post-Agent Orange landscapes in Vietnam, of trauma, war memory, and the shadow of future.

Garden of Entanglement — Solo Exhibition at Foam Amsterdam

Hiền Hoàng’s first institutional solo exhibition, Garden of Entanglement, is taking place at Foam Photography Museum Amsterdam, Netherlands. The exhibition showcases her recent works, focusing on the interconnected themes of migration, data, and nature. On view from 5 June to 10 September 2025.

Ritual of Dreamers

“Ritual of Dreamers” is a performance of Hien Hoang, re-interpreting the pain and seek of calmness in healing in the Agarwood. I created and performed this as an opening for the exhibition of “Scent from Heaven” at FotoDok Utrecht 2024.
